What You'll Do

  • Answer high-volume inbound calls (30-50 calls per day)
  • Assist guests with travel reservations and booking support
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Guide travelers through passport, visa, and international travel requirements
  • Assist clients with uploading and verifying travel documentation
  • Troubleshoot technical and process-related issues
  • Research and communicate travel updates and requirements
  • Resolve customer concerns with empathy, patience, and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Provide world-class customer service throughout the travel experience
  • Manage multiple systems and databases simultaneously
  • Escalate and resolve complex customer issues when needed

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
